Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage your subscription in your device settings or in-app Customer Center.

Frequently Asked Questions
Is AI unlimited with Pro? expand_more
No. Pro raises monthly per-feature AI caps. It does not remove them. Manual logging stays unlimited on Free and Pro.
Is there a free trial? expand_more
A free trial appears in the app only if the App Store or Google Play product includes an introductory offer. We do not guarantee a specific trial length on this website.
What if I exceed an AI limit on Free? expand_more
That AI action is blocked until the next calendar month (in your account timezone), or until you upgrade for higher caps. You can always keep logging manually without AI.
Do I lose my data if Pro expires? expand_more
No. Your logs stay. You return to Free AI caps and the Free module list. Measurement history beyond three entries remains, but Free users cannot add more until under the Free cap or back on Pro.
Can I restore or manage my subscription? expand_more
Yes. Restore purchases from the paywall. Manage or cancel via Account → Subscription in the app, or in your Apple/Google subscription settings. Deleting the app or your Kaivro account does not cancel the store subscription.
Can I get a refund? expand_more
Subscriptions are billed by Apple or Google. Refunds are handled through the App Store or Google Play according to their policies. Contact support@kaivro.com if you need help finding the right store path.
